We only collect a periodic technical ping to verify license key validity.

B. Cloud-Based Tools (Server Execution)

When using our Cloud-Based Tools, processing occurs on Redscraper servers. We temporarily process the queries you submit (e.g., a domain search or email verification request) to return the requested data. We maintain temporary application logs and cached results to improve system performance and monitor fair usage. We do not sell or monetize the specific queries you run.

2. Information We Collect from Users

To provide our services, manage subscriptions, and offer customer support, we collect the following types of information when you register for an account or purchase a license:

• Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and password (encrypted).
• Billing Information: Processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Redscraper does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
